Granite Falls Motel

I would go back there. The man that works up front very helpful and courteous. I suppose he's the manager. He's always there. They're doing a little remodeling so it should get better eventually

This is an older motel. The manager is great!! The pool and hot tub were unfortunately closed when we arrived. The manager upgraded us to the hot tub suite at no extra charge. This is not a fancy motel but served our purpose well. The breakfast could stand improvement. It was toast and cold cereal, coffee and juice. So if that's what your looking for keep looking. But for an inexpensive place to spend the night it's a good choice. Special thanks to the manager!!

There is older n newer rooms Ask for a newer updated room Singles are bigger but the doubles are alright with floor space

Quiet, clean, good sized refrigerator in room. Very comfy bed, pool great. The breakfast is very basic. Toast, eggs waffles, two kids sugary cereals only, Fruit Loops and frosted flakes. Coffee all day and juice variety.

We were told we were in the new part. There were holes in the curtains, stains on the carpet, and the edge of the mattress was broken down. The room was large, but there was only 1 chair. One of the lamps wasn't even plugged in because the closest outlet had the microwave and the fridge plugged in. .I was able to plug my Cpap machine in because I brought my own extension cord along. The staff was friendly at check in. I wish there had been extra pillows in the room. The 2 on the bed are very flat.

Stayed here for a week. Friendly friendly owner and staff. It’s homey, clean & quiet. Bed is comfortable Wi-Fi is fast. Laundromat and grocery store are across the street. BBQ for grilling. Great value! Would stay here again!

very clean hotel, quiet and good rates. I had the jacuzzi suite and it was very reasonable, they accommodated my service dog with no problems. very easy check in.

So, after looking at some other reviews I wanted to go a little more into detail with my review. This is a small town motel that could use some Quality of Life updates but has gotten bad reviews by people expecting a 5 star max rated place. The room I stayed in was clean and had plenty of lighting and outlets for my needs. It had a larger than normal fridge and a microwave. The room used to have two beds and now has one. It had a new desk and dresser. The single bed, dresser, and desk were obviously in different locations then the previous items. The carpet looked new in some locations and worn in others. It gave to feeling of a dirty carpet but was in fact a clean used carpet. Could it be replaced for a QoL upgrade, yes, did it negatively affect my stay, no. The wall had scuff marks from the old locations of the desk and dresser, could a deep scrub and new paint job improve the look, yes, did it negatively affect my stay, no. The bed was on the stiff side and the blankets weren't particularly soft and fluffy, but that's a me problem, not a problem with the hotel, both the bed and blankets were clean and allowed me to sleep and stay warm. My personal preferences shouldn't allow me to negatively review a location. This is a small town roadside motel that did has people that did an amazing job to help me get a place to stay in inclement weather. They gave me a reasonably priced place to stay warm and sleep. If you chose this place for your honeymoon and are upset they don't spend the same as the holiday Inn you stayed at 5 years ago, that's a you problem, not a them problem.
